This challenge was created five years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Wednesday Morning!
Yip Skip Sally!! WTG. Happy Dance.
Janet: We've got our eyes on the prize...free at WW! It is like those silly charms they give out. I want to "win" them. How long is your Mother staying with you? Yes, it is very hard to lose weight while eating out.
Wearing my sweater this morning and it is lovely cool weather for my lettuce seedlings. That 90-degree Thanksgiving Day almost did them in. Yesterday's meeting was about staying on track for the holidays and next week I guess they roll out the new program. I still focus on eating simply filling foods and don't track points so much anymore. I do write what I eat down and my exercise for the day in a little book and that keeps me on the path.
My Mantra for the Day:
RISE UP & DIG DEEP
This is from one of my health and fitness magazines. It says, "Even when you think you've given something all you've got, there's still a little more inside you." "If you're having a bad day or a tough workout rather than complaining, acknowledge the struggle, and then dig deep and conquer it".
We are rising strong ladies!
Back Later....Jan

Good morning positive peepers! Rise Up & Dig Deep...okay I will be making that my mantra today. I survived Thanksgiving (2 meals) and 95 degree weather but the weekend at Disneyland did me in LOL. DS and I went down on Saturday afternoon and stayed until Monday night. We had a great time (except for 1 hour in the evening on Sunday where I think all those rides/foods hit me. Held it together but barely LOL. Yay Sally on seeing the 4, so awesome!!
I braved the scale this morning after about 5 days and yes it was as bad as anticipated! But moving right along and finding my way again!
Yes I CAN: -Track it all, the good, bad and ugly today (going for no bad and uglies today) -Get my steps in (I did hit 26k and 23K at Disneyland) as I've been slacking otherwise with my fitbit not syncing anymore. -stress less, be more grateful. -smile!!
Waving to all, hope you had a good Thanksgiving holiday!
Nat

Good Afternoon, positive peeps!
Janet - Kudos for day two OP. I sure know it’s not so easy, modern life provides soooo many temptations.
Sally - YAY!!!!
Nat - welcome back from Disney! You deserved some fun. Yay for all that stepping! And I’ll bet you are going to be craving healthy food now. I was after my “holi-WEEKEND”.
Jan - love that “free at WW” & keep reminding me to dig deeper. I’m still worrying/ruminating more about my situation than actually DOING something constructive. I need a nudge.
Yes I DID: —long hike yesterday afternoon (65 degrees!). Finished a little past sunset 🌔but saw lots of deer! —Jazz today, lots of fun learning a new routine for Christmas —two meals OP so far today
Yes I CAN: —stay positive, fear-less —work really hard on decluttering, simplifying —keep seeking that “4” ; once is not enough, I need to be confident I can quit the “monthly plan” .
Be well. Back later. Carol
