Mom will be in town a week next month. She is no challenge, I inherited her stomach so we avoid all the same foods. (I wished I had gotten her brains, but no, her nervous stomach. LOL)
Jan, lettuce, lettuce, lettuce. Lettuce is the ultimate comfort food for my aforementioned nervous stomach. Home grown is simply the best. R

Me, day two OP, may that trend continue. I can see the damage the past month has done. Last night zumba, and more importantly a good night's sleep. Today: OP and something at the gym. Work. God is so good and I have work.

OK- I am buying us a calendar so we know today is THURSDAY!!! I do have to say I have been tracking for three weeks- and staying in my point range is getting easier. I wake up knowing the scale is going to be down or stable all that feels great! onward... and now heading for 147..although that may have to be a personal Hanukkah present! Good to see you Nat! Guess that means certain family members will have to GO! LOL.
Intentions Met: --Jazzercise to Holiday music. Very fast dancing! -- Mealsprepped. Soup, scallops, leftover roasted veggies, chicken breasts. --Feeling calmer and more centered. Started journaling again.
Always easier to stay OP when you know the WI is on the other side of this weekend. Next weekend I have a bridal shower to attend so no doubt there will be wine and good food. So staying focused on the time I can give it 100%. HoliDAY, not HoliWEEK or HoliMONTH. One Day at a Time Friends! And when we do go off the OP road, and we will because we are human, Do a YOU-TURN as soon as possible. My Mantra will be: I correct mistakes without judgment.
