Good Morning!!! Sorry about giving us two Tuesdays this week, I agree one was plenty! I hope I got us on the right day today.

Nat, yes I picked the wrong day to double up, Tuesday was a tough one.
Me, as you might have noticed, overwhelmed and spread thin. But need to keep an attitude of gratitude -- God is good, I have work. OP yesterday, late spin class. Plan on OP today and weights on my own at gym. Now, emails, dressed, jail , work on brief. love light and blessings j

Good Morning, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --get enough sleep (but some in comfy chair) --3 meals OP yesterday --Tap to "Cool Yule" this a.m. (and found a little practice really helps)
Yes I CAN: --stay positive, let go of crankiness & impatience

Happy Friday,
YES, I DID... --Jazzercise last night. --stayed OP (mostly). --have a good night's sleep.
INTENTIONS... --get errands done with a smile. No stressing. --enjoy the beautiful, sunny day. --take a walk.
Carol: Jingle Bell- Jazz and Tap...fun! And impatience...that is my hardest life lesson to learn. Let me know if you find the cure for that.
Janet: Sorry this is such a stressful time. Try to stay in the eye of the hurricane around you. Not easy I know. Sending extra energy and calm your way.
Sally and Nat: Waving! Have some non-food fun this weekend.
