Carol, sorry no sleep, I have to avoid even decaf. I do herbal tea after about 10 am and of course as you know sometimes I still do not sleep. love that tree smell!
Me, Op, trying to figure new points out with tracker. Guess I will be eating way more beans!
I did get in double header last night and tonight will be weights. stay op, love light blessings j

Lost .4 on my Monthly WI. Happy Dance. Love the new Program. It is very Simply Filling-ish. I agree with Sally. But since that is how I lost all my weight and have kept it off I think it is a good plan. When talking about the new Zero Point foods one gentleman at my meeting said the only thing missing from the list was vodka. LOL. I'd rather eat my calories thank-you very much.
Intentions for Today and Tomorrow... --stay mindful of portion size. Have a big salad with my one slice of pizza. --stay centered and journal when "the crankies" start to move into my head. --enjoy an exercise rest day today and Jazzercise tomorrow.

Good evening positive ones! We're okay so far here Jan. There's one burning at the bottom of the mountain (closer to DS's college). I'm watching some of the fires now, so sad. I worked in Ventura for 6 years and have some friends still there. So far they are safe. Scary stuff! This is just crazy for December. I hate turning into a year round fire season. Meanwhile here on my mountain, it didn't get out of the 30's and they've been blowing snow like crazy. Opening slopes on Friday. We had a high of 34, low of 10 today, brrrrr! Yes I DID: Actually get in my 10K steps last night because I watched and walked/jogged to Carol Burnett 50th anniversary show. So funny! Stay out of the kitchen last night. Yes I CAN: -Keep my paws out of the pizza that the boys have ordered and just having the antipasto salad that is coming with it! -Get the rest of my steps in (just over 3000 to go) -Limit some social media tonight, it's overwhelming with the fires. -Track the rest of my day and stay in point range. Will be back tomorrow! Nat
