Good Morning Unstoppables! Yes, I Can... --try the new tracking method. So far so good. --focus on zero point foods. --Jazzercise tonight. --patience with Mama while taking her shopping. Nat: Will the skiers all be there this weekend? My guess is yes. Friends went to Mammoth and said it was fantastic sking. Unfortunately, one woman broke her leg. No pizza? Keep up the good work! Good morning/almost afternoon positive peeps! Well I anticipate craziness up here this weekend for skiing, though it can be nothing like Mammoth who had actual snow LOL! I will confess about the pizza though I think it is a great NSV for me. I took the toppings off one small piece of pizza and put them on my antipasto salad. Then I ended up eating half the crust anyway, but shared it with Max, who was very happy indeed LOL! So I call that a win for me, especially since I just had 32 pt for the day (old program) and my scale went down over a pound from yesterday. That's a win for a pizza night!
I'm trying not to obsess on the fires, but another one by Getty Center yikes! I also see that the area where I worked in Ventura is on mandatory evacuation. It is now a Kaiser facility (was Buenaventura when I worked there). Hoping that the winds will die down, it's just too crazy out there. I think we are at 50% contained over here by our mountain. Knock on wood no others start today by us.
Yes I DID: get my 10k in, tracked everything, did pretty good yesterday!
Yes I CAN: rinse and repeat for today, though I better get moving as I've been pretty sedentary so far today. Need to get off social media and the news stations.

I have a little hope that my tracker will change over on Friday as my friend who had also changed hers to Monday, had it change over on her old WI day today.
