Winter is here!! We have 69 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20 Our Current Challengers: Amy- 2013(242.8), 2014 (190), 2015 (148.8), 2016 (147)(2017) (196.6),202.6 Brenda- (2017) 203.4 Deb- (2017) 183.6,183.2 Mo- 220/ 204.8 Sue- 210.2
Good morning! It's Friday and today's daily challenge is at least 5 servings fruits&veggies!!
Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

Good morning
Thanks for thinking of me. All went well. Just sore now. I have to limit things, but in 3 or 4 weeks I'll be back to normal (I guess...lol)
No exercise, but I can walk on the TM slowly so that will be my workout today.
Debbie how is the ankle doing today? I know that is rough for you.
Mo are you getting the bad weather tomorrow too?
Amy were you able to get out for your dental appointment? Nice loss!!

Brenda, it's good to hear from you, I was thinking about you. If you hadn't posted this morning, I was going to text you to see if you were okay!
Brenda, slow walking on the TM is exercise, just intelligent exercise given your circumstances!
Our weather for the weekend if cold but nothing unusual for us. It was in the upper 50s yesterday and the day before, which is really weird for us! And it's supposed to warm up again next week. It's been a really unusual winter so far. Except for one big, nasty snowstorm the weekend before Thanksgiving, it's been mild ever since. We still have February to nail us, lol! Or March or even April!
I'm not complaining! I can't participate in any winter sports anyway this year and I don't miss snow shoveling!

My doctor set a goal for now of 199 si I can get free tools. I have the vouchers to pay weekly however I want tools

I added Wed's weight.198.6 in. I go tomorrow to WW but I do not weigh till Wednesday, But I put doctor's goal199 tomorrow and get a voucher for e- tools.
