Here is a very thick, filling and now Freestyle friendly recipe. This can be high in sodium, so if you struggle with that, substitute for low sodium items where you can. It is an old crockpot recipe that I have adapted to my tastes and preferences. Your SP will vary depending on which brands, flavors, etc you use. It is a general recipe that you can tailor to your taste buds. This is my version. With Freestyle, all I can see being pointed is the tomato paste (sugar) and the chili beans (sauce). This version makes 12 to 14 cups. Depends on how much taste testing you do Four Bean Turkey Chunky Chili 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can dark red kidney beans 1 can chili beans 1 pound 99/1 ground turkey (browned in skillet before adding) 3 bell peppers - chopped or diced 1 red onion - chopped or diced 2 cans diced tomatoes - any flavors i.e. roasted fire, regular, seasoned 1 can tomato paste 2 to 4 Tbsp Adobo - the one with pepper in it 2 to 4 Tbsp chili powder Cayenne Pepper - amount based on your hot tolerance level celery diced if you like - amt based on you Dump it all in crockpot. High for 6 hours. Can be ready in 3 to 4, but it is thicker if you go the full 6 hours on high.

jeanie, I understand the "taste testing"! That's always been my biggest downfall. When cleaning up after dinner I always used to continue to nibble while putting food away. I solved this by having my hubby clean up! Our plan now is....I cook..he cleans up and does the dishes! Works for me
