I wish I could send this cold wet snow your way, my backyard is covered in it and suddenly it does not seem like a big deal. Learning the new program, I guess I will shift from store bought veggie burgers and such to beans and tofu. Yesterday over because eating wrong things. Did get in weight training class and trip to Wal Mart for at least part of the stuff for the church Christmas tree. love light and blessings j

Good morning positive ones! Lots a prayers for San Diego area now with the fires Jan and the rest of SoCal. I just saw that 25 thoroughbreds died yesterday down there Oh so sad what is happening. The winds here are supposed to be "only" gusts of around 40 mph which is better than 80-90 but red flag warning extended to Sun at 8pm. Seriously we need some winter here! Stay safe Jan! I checked our mountain and nothing happening in our San Bernardino County area this morning except a car fire early this morning that thankfully didn't spread and some power lines are down on other side of mountain where it is more windy. Those are the things that start fires here, but they seem to be on top of things so far. Keep those prayers up for CA! My WW tracker changed over this morning to the new program. So I will be playing around with that today. With yesterday's comforting carb fest my weeklies are gone but I have fit points left and my dailies. So I will be reigning it in this weekend and working the plan! Yes I CAN: -Stay away from any stress eating today. -Track vigilantly -Go for those 0 point foods. -Get those steps in, instead of comfort eating. Got 7500 yesterday (I had a good 5 day streak of 10K going though!) Thinking of you all. Have a great Friday! Nat

Good Afternoon Positive Peeps, The winds really died down in San Diego thanks to many, many prayers. Yes, so sad about the horses but thankfully no human lives lost. They had to let some of the horses loose because the fire came so fast. Nat: Please let those winds die down in LA! Our fires also usually started, from downed power lines. Janet: Yes! Send snow!!!! Veggie burgers not zero points? They should be. Not the sort of thing people overeat. I also think a quarter avocado should be zero. Busy day...taking Mom to eye-appt in 15 minutes. Better go... Intention: Stay busy and Stay OP. And workout cleaning up the yard this afternoon. Jan

Glad the winds are dying down. Yes definitely thankful for no human lives lost! I know there was at least one they found in Ventura/Ojai but not sure of any others.
I would love to see 1/4 avocado as zero but that's never gonna happen LOL. Although I'm very good about usually only portioning out 1 oz (which is most times 1/4 avocado) or at the most I will have 2-1/2 oz in a sitting, if I were to make guacamole out of it, I'm sure I could eat an avocado or two LOL! I do wish they'd at least get that back to 1 pt per 1 oz but that changed with SP. I've had 2-1/2 oz total so far today with breakfast and lunch. I even made some 4 SP chocolate (1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp almond butter, 1-1/2 tsp cocoa powder...melted and frozen). Had my egg, potato and veggie breakfast, made veggie chili for lunch. I have 12 SP left for dinner! Go me LOL

Good Evening, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --Enjoy an evening reception at the conservatory yesterday, beautiful with Christmas lights woven amongst the vegetation and all varieties of poinsettias interspersed. Also, too many trays of yummy treats along the way, LOL! --love that Tap class this morning. Term is almost over! Hard to believe. --Mass at the University, the only service that would fit my schedule today. It was kinda refreshing, all that youthful energy
Yes I CAN: --survive WI tomorrow. Looking forward to learning about the WW update. Not looking forward to the scale.
My Sweetie is recovering from some kind of 24hr bug, so tonight he and I dined on chicken soup (and turkey chili, respectively). Quiet evening. Hoping he feels well enough to visit our friend's holiday gathering tomorrow night. And still more cookies to navigate 🙄
