This challenge was created five years ago by a few Weight watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

GOOD MORNING! love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings Rain here in Central Texas, projected to last throughout the three day weekend weekend and beyond. Including Monday when gym (and everything else) shut down. I guess I will walk with umbrella. Feeling sorry for myself leads to overeating and I have done enough of that. YES I DID: recreate damage and journal. Continue to workout while pouting.
YES I CAN: practice law from home office and library. Use weights, hula hoop here, go to gym (it is only closed on Monday) and maybe even pay by class somewhere else. Many options.

MUST HAVE MORE COFFEE FORGOT NOTES JAN, hooray, hooray on scale and many peeps find Oprah very inspirational. I do not own a TV so do not know.
CAROL, wow you are serious about needing much sleep. When I have only five hours of sleep I started acting weird(er). I have noticed that I cannot trust my feelings and perceptions when I am sleep deprived. Congrats on eating well and tracking despite that.
more love light blessings and umbrellas, janet

Good Afternoon, positive e-pals!
Janet - I'm so glad you're back, such a lovely starter to my day🌼
Jan - I also plan to watch Oprah today, need all the inspiration I can get!
Nat - Hope you are surviving the crazy weather swings and workload
Sally - are you home yet?
It's a little colder here today, 30-ish, but lighter and drier than yesterday, yay. I will try to get out for a little walk in the fresh air. (Hmmm, as Yoda would say, there is no try.... )
Yes I DID: --buy new Tap shoes, soft leather and very comfortable (who doesn't love the paraphernalia that goes with dancing, LOL!) --survive Day 1 of detox program & actually was within my WW daily SP for a change --get 5 hr 37 min of sleep...really need to work on this
Yes I CAN: --rock Day 2 & embrace the healthy behaviors --survive without coffee --manage my energy level, i.e. take activity breaks and rest breaks as needed!
Be well! Carol

Good morning/afternoon positive ones! It's a snowy morning here. Power also went out at 3:30 this morning and hasn't come back on yet. Lines went down on one of the may highways, then a snow plow got tangled in them yikes! The whole valley is out. Laptop has about half battery life left. I'm taking a snow day from my morning job. Did a little shoveling and enjoying the view. I'm almost to 8000 steps, lol.
Janet good to see you back, journaling the damage and pouting but still exercising!! Jan, I will watch Oprah after the power is back on. I don't want to stream anything on my jet pack data. That eats too much of it up.
Yes I DID/CAN: -Track my whole week (heavy points week) and lose 0.6 lb. Yippee! -Get some weights workout in again today. -Keep it as clean as possible and track it all. -Relax and enjoy the power outage!!
Waving!!
