Kelly, WTG with the WATP DVD!! It's that time of year for temptations. Now that I don't work it is easier (except for the goodies some neighbors drop off).

I slacked on the steps yesterday, but I did get out some veggie soup I made and added a can of black beans now that they are free. Was very good. Scale is down this morning too. Now to keep it going!

Disastrous day with eating yesterday. Ordered take out at work instead of eating my salad and the DH and I went out to a diner not horrible choices there but still high point day. I did add 3 miles of WATP.

Brenda kudos on adding the beans! That's what I did to my chicken stew. Kelly tis the season!! Get back on track today.
My secret Santa gift is bought, Idk why I stress myself out. They give a list of things they like and don't like. I was so fixed on what she liked I wasn't looking for anything else. Anyway I got a beautiful wood carved angel made from the Olivewood in Jerusalem and anchor earrings. Wrapped and ready for DH to take it to the post office.
Work is crazy. My boss's boss is ridiculous in the requests he asking for and expecting me to continue while she's on leave. On top of everything she's talking about not coming back because of the stress he has her under. Maybe it's time for me to move on but with only 5yrs left to retire I hate the thought.
On a good note the scale is looking good this week.

Good morning, I'm so excited at the site of the scale this morning, down 3 pounds I'm having a pretty good week except for the pizza/grilled cheese day! I did all my chores last night to get them out of the way. My Christmas lights on my porch are only half working need to see if I can figure out is wrong. Then I need to see what I have left to do for Christmas. Have a great day.

Wow! Nancy, that is a new low for you! So great- and here at Christmas too. Brenda, yo had a loss too-wonderful. The soup sounds good too. I have not tracked yet with the new program. I have had back to back company for 2 weeks-snacks and wine on the kitchen counter all the time. When it is there, I can't resist. I am lucky to maintain now and stop the gain. DD and DSL left yesterday morning and I cleaned the house. I had the ladies over yesterday for Samba card game. I made peanut butter fudge for my neighbor. She lost her hubby in Sept and she is dying with liver cancer. She loves to play games so I had to have the game for her. She had a pet scan on Thurs and is waiting for the results. DD gave me a new Leslie Sansone video for Christmas and I used it yesterday after DD left. I kept busy so as to keep from getting depressed and missing her. The weather was cold the whole time they were here and now it is a beautiful warm sunny day when they leave. Not fair but they enjoyed their visit anyway. Hi to Kelly and Claudette. mimipearl,

good morning BL, i am so sick .The worse cold and lorengitist. I guess the stress of life just threw me down. I was suppose to take this weekend to get my apartment in order. My sister is coming on Tuesday. I have to change back to a meeting closer to my job. It takes a much longer time to go to the meeting with the leader that I like and then make it back to my office. The other meeting is a block from my job.
