Claudette, congratulations!! I saw you posted a gain, but my records show you had a gain of 2 last week so for you to be at 181 puts you at a loss of 1.20.
I had a great night with my daughter and granddaughters, we decorated cookies and built a gingerbread house. We had our first snow & baby GD loved it.

Nancy, what a wonderful day with your family. I am so jealous. My dd is here now and it is 36 this morning and the sun is shining.. They got their first snow in Pa while they are in Fl. We will go shopping. I am gaining every day with all the snacks with company in the house.That is why I am a weight Watchers-I just can't stay out of the snacks if they are in front of me. Claudette , keep going you are doing well. Hi to Brenda and Kelly(enjoy the snow(haha)

Good morning BL, Nancy Last week I lost only .4 (179.8) This week I gained 1.2 Current weight 181
Sorry Nancy. I went back and notice that my WI did not get posted at all last week. I looked back and I wrote I thought I would have a 2 pound weight gain.
Nancy I am not the biggest loser..

Good Morning!!
I had a busy weekend. I did add a little exercise each day. Eating was not good, though. Lots of snacking.
Nancy: I see my posted weight did not post last week. I gained 4 lbs. I was 142 and I am now 146 Lbs. Sounds like you had a nice time with your family.
Mimi: The snow was not too bad. It was not enough to ruin any plans. They were actually out early Saturday am and pre-treated the roads.

good morning BL, Let the challenge begin I am on point today and learning to be effort less. Breakfast was 2 eggs and a banana & black coffee snack 1 egg and a small apple and water seaweed with wasabi.

I had a good day yesterday until the evening then I overate for some reason. I did add 2 miles of WATP. Back on track for today and placing everything in the tracker.

Hello, Off to work early yesterday when I got there I'd left my badge at home and the day went down hill from there ended up working late instead of leaving early I've been stressing big time over buying a secret Santa gift for someone I don't even know & I need to mail it Friday!! Eating has been pretty good. But last night I used my points for wafer cookies & a small donut 11pts on junk. Yikes!! Yet I stilled earned a blue dot. Have a great day.

Every day I gain. I sure hope when my family leaves I can lose this weight. I am enjoying snacks and cocktails with them.The kitchen counter is covered with snacks. It is hard to even try Claudette, I am so proud of you. Ladies we will get through these holidays

Nancy, I would always hate when I would leave my badge at home. It's hard buying a present for someone you don't know. Is it a male or female?

I am moving regarding the steps, water, but that's about it. I'm not giving up though.

I added a 3 mile WATP DVD. Eating was good until I had pie and 2 small cookies last night. I did do well with moving and water but that was it.
Nancy: It is hard buying for a person you do not know. Do you buy a random present or were there suggestions.
Brenda: Good job with your steps and water.
Mimi: I am sure the weight comes off for you it always has before.
