How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Counting 30 minutes for housekeeping and laundry chores...did not go outside to walk and might not today if it is raining

Frigid again. 11°F (-11.7°C) officially in Portland OR yesterday and no more than 14°F at my house. "Coldest in 20 yr" they say. Walked 2 miles in snow boots.
Similar this a.m. already below 16°F.

I went to my yoga/pilates class. I left with both my mind and body feeling relaxed. Didn't even come close to my step goal. Was under 5k.

Got down to 14°F this morning again for our low. but got to gym by car. Report tomorrow.
