This challenge was created five years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

sorry to have disappeared work deadlines appear to be the new normal. WI last night up a pound, body adjusting to new plan also way too much time at puter and way too little time moving. I am still working out everyday but works uninspired and shorter, also walking less and doing less stuff in yard.

Good Afternoon, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: —Get enough sleep (some in comfy chair…sigh) —Enjoy Tapping routine (and some faking it!) to very fast music…2 1/2 minutes doesn’t sound strenuous until we try it nonstop, LOL —Fill out the registration form for next dance & chorus term
Yes I CAN: —stay focused —let OK be good enough
Janet - this is for you & me—> e-pal on another thread shared this mantra: “I am enough, I have enough, I am enough”
Be well! Carol

Happy Friday Evening, Met a few friends for a late lunch/early dinner today at a fish restaurant. I looked at the many healthy no-cal or nearly no cal choices and had the crab cake. Very yummy! No drinks, just water so that helped. No guilt! We all ate on the patio and it was a beautiful afternoon. We are suppose to dip into the 60's tomorrow...I am excited...long sleeves! Carol: Christmas music is fast dancing! Fun but furious. I finally was presented with my "free" tee-shirt earned for 150 classes taken this year. Now I can relax. I may skip tomorrow morning's class as I am hanging out with my Niece who is back from college. Janet: I wish I could send you some of my beautiful lettuce and tangerines. You know stress is responsible for that pesky pound. Cortisol be gone! Hang in there. Nat, Sally, and Michelle, Hope you are all out having some holiday fun. Operation MAINTAIN is in play. We are doing this. Jan
