Carol enough sleep is golden, who cares where it is. Tapping how fun!!!
Jan WTG using points for food instead of drinks! I do wish you could send lettuce and tangerines.
I march along the above mantra helps ease the guilt of uninspired workouts in the face of huge legal deadlines. At least I am working out! I slept over ten hours last night and boy did my body need it. According to the new system I am OP, eating beans instead of veggie burgers. Today: brief, something at the gym instead of Mass. I am struggling with that but my Mom is flying in next week and I will have to work while she is here but every second I get done before she gets here is more time with her instead of on the puter. So making some hard choices, which hey, as a grown up life is all about.

Yes I DID: --get LOTS of steps at class and on the TM yesterday but still couldn't catch our Sally! --drag self to WW mtg, happy to be down 0.8 and seeing that "4" again, yay! (and that's with my veggie-bean burgers 3 times last week, LOL) --get started on my online shopping....may have to run out to a real store so I have something in hand to wrap for my sweetie.
Yes I CAN: --stay positive and focused, not get too sidetracked --let OK be good enough

I am marching along. I did get a lot of work done yesterday, not enough, never enough. Also, made time for a weight workout. Today started laundry, foggy but not raining and it needs doing, hopefully it will dry some on the line and then I guess will just put it away damp. LOL tracker says I am OP. Trying to make time for something other than work and chores today. I am starting to go looney from not having a day off in months, so I will work from home this morning and do chores but not as much as I have been.

Yes I DID: --walk treadmill, sleep very well, enjoy Mass this a.m. w/light attendance but lots more kids than usual (maybe grandkids?) and a very positive sermon by our new deacon

Happy Sunday Evening,
Loving the Mantra!
Got on the scale this morning and I am up a pound. Time to reel it in. One thing I find is the busier I am, the more likely I am to just eat out instead of taking the time and effort to cook.
Intentions for Monday... --make ahead evening meal. --find time for just an hour of downtime. --Jazzercise. Pick tangerines for my friends there.
*I quit my 1/2 English muffin in the morning for an extra egg and a chicken sausage link (1 pt.) That is more calories but we shall see...How does everyone feel about the new program?
