This challenge was created five years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning!!! love light blessings love light blessings
Jan and Carol dancing their legs off and making sure something is what they want to spend the points for BEFORE they eat. All of that, I need to learn from
cannot imagine jazz and tap back-to-back, WTG!
I agree toys are not what they used to be (after my Blue Santa experience).
Well, according to the new program I am OP. did not get to the gym in time for a double header but got in a good walk around the track before Pilates. Tis the season to be spread thin, I am hoping that today is better than yesterday was. Boy was that crazy busy. Everybody wants out -of-jail for Christmas but that is not always realistic,
Today: stay OP, something at gym, stuff. law.
love light blessings janet

Good Afternoon Positive Peeps! Kudos to you Janet for dealing with people who, let's just say, maybe a tad unenlightened? WTG on a walk before pilates and for being OP. I admire you for keeping it together as crazy and tired are triggers for me. Stay strong and only eat what you really, really love. That's my plan. This week will be challenging. Can we navigate around the Christmas cookies, rum balls and other foods that remind us of happiness? YES! We will probably cave in and sneak a treat here and there because we are humans and therefore not perfect. FIDO. Intentions for today... --attend WW class. Check. There were surprisingly a lot of people there hanging on to the new program with mixed results. --do some housecleaning and a bit of gardening. No dance class on Tuesdays. --be mindful and savor the treats that somehow find themselves near my lips. --Plan Meals Ahead. --have some fun! Taking a deep breath and remembering... It's all happening perfectly. It is enough. Jan
