Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. Good morning and Happy Wednesday positive peeps! Good to see you make it Jan. Now to get Sally over here. Got my steps in yesterday. No so great on my tracking but today is a new day! QOTD: Goals for finishing out December strong. AOTD: Stay positive. Do something healthy minded each day. Focus on what is going in my mouth. Yes I CAN: -Get my 10K in today. -Track every stinkin' bite! -Think before I bite. -Keep a smile on my face. No grumbling....lol Waving to you all. Hoping you have a great Wednesday! -

Good Afternoon, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --stay up too late...just a bad habit that is so hard to break! --go to dance classes today, last ones before our 3 week break...we did some fun routines, danced our little hoofies off, but afterwards, there were homemade cookies and baklava...sigh...and I had to try a little of each. Lots of people in my classes are skipping next term, many are going to FL for days, weeks, or months! Some just want a break during our cold weather. The pal who enticed me to take tap classes is dropping it entirely in favor of Zumba. I am continuing on, will take Tap II in January. I'll need to rearrange my schedule a bit. --buy some healthy stuff for later
Yes I CAN: --run a couple errands..stand in line at the P.O. --declutter for a few minutes! --let OK be good enough
AOTD: to finish Dec. strong? 1) Keep moving, either go to the Y, walk outside or on the treadmill. 2) Be selective about treats...I don't "have to" try everything equally. 3) Let OK be good enough....too much stress floating around

Happy Wednesday Evening!
Just got back from Jazzercize. We had a substitute teacher and he (yes HE) was really fun. Nat, have you tried dance? I know Carol loves it and so do I. Doesn't feel like work and my waist is being wihittled. YES!
Carol, I love the new photo. I am going to post a new one too. Kind of fun to change them up once in awhile. Bet you and Nat are preparing for some snow...we get rain early Friday morning. I am so excited. Emptying rain barrels to make way for that beautiful liquid nitrogen. Plants love it. Drought be gone!
Waving to Janet and Sally. See you tomorrow afternoon. I am driving Ms. Daisy in the AM.
