Good Morning, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --enjoy shopping for stocking stuffers --fitness classes, followed by nice soaks in the whirlpool, 2 days in a row --finish my daily steps on the desk treadmill yesterday
Yes I CAN: --stay positive, stay focused, use moderation
AOYD: in January I CAN stay committed
One thing I plan to work on is more advance meal prep. Sweetie made a yummy turkey meatloaf a few days ago and it was SO NICE not to have to worry about what to make for dinner after our busy days , just heat it up and whip up a side veggie. I do have a crockpot, maybe I can drag it out, LOL!
