Hi, Trying this again. I had a post typed and I do not know how I managed to wipe it out...but I certainly did. I'm sure it was a PICNIC error. Brenda, I am glad that you got to spend time with DSon on Christmas. It was a bonus for me to get quality time in with DS#2 twice in the past few days, along with the other family time. I will have to check out the Kindle edition of the book you mentioned. My focus is not steady and perhaps this book will be a helpful tool. Lou, I hope that you can avoid the creepin' crud that has Cecilia in its clutches. Stay warm, I am sure it is butt cold for you again today. It's 6 degrees here at the moment. It is to stay cold here for several days, although today is the coldest day in the forecast until the weekend. With lows in the single digits over the weekend, it's a pretty safe bet that I will not be doing any outdoor walking. My FPs will be indoors after work again this evening. Working today, an appointment after work and will make a Target run before heading home. Waving hi to Debbie (hope you are feeling better!), Vicki and Lori. Later, Ginia

Good morning
Virginia, thanks for the start. I do recommend the book. I'm on Day 2 and I am keepin a journal of what I need to do. Stay warm!
Lou, yes it is a mental book. I hope Cecilia is feeling better.
Waving to all.
Brenda

Good morning. I think Cecilia may have passed the crud onto me. I'm not the hot mess that she is, but I'm clearing my throat a lot and my lungs are cold. It's 0° out right now. I too am doing nothing outside. Missed my step goal again yesterday and will today as well.

Hi, I thought I had posted yesterday but it has disappeared. Here's what I remember. Louis - sorry that now you and Cecilia are sick. It sounds like Brenda and Virginia are dealing with extreme cold.
The ick still has a hold of me. We leave for Las Vegas tomorrow. Debbie
