We are maintainers who want to share accountability. This is a daily thread, but you’re welcome to post daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you. Share your weigh-in, or your progress in maintenance, or just stop in and say hello. Whoever shows up first for the day is welcome to start the thread.
Our focus is on our determination to maintain our weight goals. For some of us, just checking in to say “I’m here” means that we’re being mindful of our plan, that we’re accountable to ourselves and that we want to share that with others who are doing the same.

santex, I didn't get into a groove for the longest time; I think facing *forever* is absolutely daunting....you are doing it!

santex, I don't think in terms of years ahead. I think in terms of staying on plan, or not overeating, or allowing myself a particular treat, today or this week. Often I think of how I'm going to work hard to try to weigh in at xxx lbs this week or this month. If I keep doing this, then the years just happen.

Here! Just a day or so of dialing back the sweets and salt and carbs and the scale is looking better. I'm down .4 from the 17th and it gives me a mental boost to keep on keeping on. Today, LOTS of water.
