Good Afternoon, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --enjoy loose leaf tea last night, instead of yet another decaf coffee --drag self up and out to church in bitter cold and 9" snow this morning...brrr --indulge in final pancakes of 2017🙃😏
Yes I CAN: --get back on track right now (remember Jillian Michaels advice: Finish strong!)

Happy New Year's Eve positive peeps! Yes time flies Carol! Finish strong, I will certainly do my best! I will say, this is the most depressed feeling about myself (physically) and the uncertainty of a few big personal family things for this coming year that I've felt on New Year's Eve, probably since a divorce many many years ago. Not so much depressed feeling but just very blah and I need to snap out of that. No way to ring in the new year! Good thing my DH and DS are happy campers and having carefree attitudes. Keeping myself occupied with work today and since it is the last day of the pay period also, it wouldn't hurt me to push a little more so February (when the paycheck finally arrives) can be a little brighter lol. Yes I CAN: -Finish strong, be mindful of my food choices, don't overindulge on the champagne -Pick up some weights today. -Enjoy some games/movie family time tonight. -Get rid of the negative tude and put on a smile. Fake it til you make it as they say LOL Hope everyone has a safe, warm and Happy New Year. We are chilling the champagne in the fridge rather than in some packed snow outside this year. Darn it all...lol Nat

Happy New Year's Eve. Ready for 2018!
How did I miss yesterday's posting? Got on the scale for the first time all week yesterday, and did the happy dance. Hope it holds till WI on Tuesday morning. Maintained this month. Yeah!!!!
YES, I DID... --Jazzercise yesterday morning. --Have company all day yesterday. Ate off-program but portion control.
Intentions for Today... --stay on track through midnight and beyond. --take a day's rest. (I hardly ever do this)
Sally: The Jazz. leader from DC. was pretty tall, blond, and really muscular. I am with you watching it tonight and tomorrow...you WI on Tuesdays too?
Carol: I don't want your snow but we need the melted stuff. Wow, 9''! I heard that you Easterners are dealing with bitter cold, sorry.
Nat: Sending strength for a strong re-boot. Progress, not perfection.
