Wow a super cold morning here in the Northeast - stay warm people!
B- oatmeal, blueberries, ff milk, oil
L- Greek yogurt, almonds, banana
D- lean ground beef patty, sweet potato, broccoli
S- apple, froyo, maybe some air popped corn

Nothing exciting on my menu today nor on my shopping list although I just remembered I have shrimp in the freezer. It is cold here today, in the 20's, but Sunday it will be back in the 50's.
