We are maintainers who want to share accountability. This is a daily thread, but you’re welcome to post daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you. Share your weigh-in, or your progress in maintenance, or just stop in and say hello. Whoever shows up first for the day is welcome to start the thread.
Our focus is on our determination to maintain our weight goals. For some of us, just checking in to say “I’m here” means that we’re being mindful of our plan, that we’re accountable to ourselves and that we want to share that with others who are doing the same.

I’m Lifetime, not a goal and I’m trying to come up with words of wisdom. For now I’d say, as you said, keep chugging along with what has worked for you, gradually adding in extras, etc.
I guess the important thing to remember is that you aren’t “Done” - you’re just moving to the next phase.

Again - Welcome! Nancy Thank you Nancy! Lost 3 pounds the first 2 weeks on maintenance while adjusting to Freestyle. Picked up some full fat smoked cheddar as well as some peanut butter to add some points back in without bulking up on junk food. Been in weight loss mode for 7 years so it's a shift in mindset for me as well as food choices.

Good morning. Welcome Denise. ladyloser68, great advice. As Nancy said, you're never "DONE", there is no finish line. Keep chugging along. Free styling this week - we'll see how the scale responds.
