This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning!!!! love light blessings love light blessings
Been down in the dump a bit myself, in fact feel too blah for shout outs! But got a rather larger extension on one of my projects but would rather have it done! Sun is supposed to come out today which helps. I think today is day two OP, have not been logging or anywhere near a scale. I have had my workouts although not the tough ones I really like, hey gang, sometimes we just do damage control. And yes, way too cold for Texas. Especially humid Central Texas.
Okay today: planned what I am going to eat today, stay OP, weight class tonight. Court, law, work and more work.
QOTD: What cheers you the most when the overwork/post-holiday/January blahs hit??
love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings

Quick Hello, Happy Thursday.
Wrote a long post on Tuesday and the computer ate it. Having computer issues. Long story short...I made my goal of maintaining weight in Dec., in fact, I lost .4. However, pizza came in and eating out and well, yes, the moods of this week. Me too! So hanging in with everyone else.
Will try to be back later.

Good morning positive peeps! Just going to go jump on the treadmill before I start next job. AOTD: Finding something to laugh at, movie, friends whatever works. My DH and DS are usually upbeat positive ones so they can bring me out sometimes too. Try not to stay in a poor me, down in the dumps mood for long. The treadmill should bring out some endorphins too while watching some comedy Back later, waves! Oh I hit over 13K steps yesterday, woohoo! Nat

Hi, all!
Our colds turned out to be flu! Pounding headache, fever, and lack of energy....yuck! I'm resting, drinking tea, just waiting for my body to recover. Not much else to be done! No exercise, which is a real bummer. No appetite, so rare for me! DBF has it worse than me---at least I can eat a little. Tomorrow, I may need to go out in the bitter cold to get some comfort food. Chicken soup?
Goodnight 😴 Carol
