This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

good morning!!!! love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings
Carol, feel better sweetie!!
Nat, let us both strive for a happy medium, like you I have an office in my house and sometimes I have to work. But I took most of yesterday off which improved my mood but also means I have to work some this weekend.
Sally, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! It is a cyber brunch in y'alls honor!! Fresh fruit and whole wheat bread. And since is in cyber space, no points (nor unfortunately the satisfaction of chewing)
Jan, tangerines! getting all that stuff done. WTG! And bless you for taking care of Mom, you are a good daughter.
As for me, only worked about three hours yesterday. But got two loads of wash done (and have another on the line in the fog this morning), healthy supermarket shopping, donated blood and a lot of other necessary non work related items. today: make up for the work did not do yesterday but also make time for walk, weights, other chores, and finally make it to Mass (have not been in a month) and a movie. Thanks for the support guys!!! love light blessings love light blessings janet

Waving!! Had a nice birthday lunch in the village. Lots of people up here but probably less wait than if we tried for dinner. Great food. Now to work off a little of the extra. The avocado bomb was delicious LOL

Happy Birthday Ms. Natalie!
Hope you had some fun. Just curious, what kind of food did you have for dinner? What is an avocado bomb? I want one! Love avocado.
Carol: Hope you are feeling better!
Janet: So glad you got some time away from work.
Today I am playing with my new KitchenAid sheeter attachment. Fun! Also got a beautiful dutch oven for Christmas. Preparing healthy, interesting new foods for 2018.
Missed Jazzercise today in favor of a good-bye visit from my Niece. She goes back to college tomorrow.
Reset is slow. Tomorrow is another day!

Carol, great to see you back and feeling better.
Too much life happening last couple of days, not enough work done. But a bunch of much needed chores done, instead of getting a workout yesterday got a lot of stuff done around here done some of it on the "to do" list since I bought the house. I traded some sewing work for handyman work mostly lighting related. Nice to come home to working lights in the dark! Today: try to get in a lot of AP, and office work. love light blessings love light blessings, janet

Good Sunday morning! LOL so true Sally, bomb for sure. You should see my tracker, -30??? LOL And that might not even be accurate, but it's close enough. The good news, I did try my best to track it anyway. Other good news, my scale went up 0.2 from yesterday. Maybe since my splurge was lunch/dinner combo and that HEALTHY fat of a whole avocado LOL (portion control went out the window there). I'm taking it and running, and going to do my best to have a perfect OP day so I can see a loss on tomorrow's WI. So far I'm down 0.6. I would like to see over a pound for New Year's/birthday week! Yesterday really started out so depressingly. Hit me hard a mountain friend dying a few days ago. I hadn't seen her in a few years (except on FB) and she had just moved off the mountain due to health issues (not much older than me). Beautiful singing voice. She has been checking in with me since DS's troubles last July, giving me support, sharing personal stories, etc. I last checked in with her 12/13. She apparently got a bout of the flu/bronchitis going around and it took her down. Would not have guessed it would hit me like this, but others have expressed the same thing. Just very shocking. Also not too thrilled for once about this birthday (57 just doesn't appeal to me LOL), but I'm past that now. I'm the one who starts off our WW61 group with a new year older and I just laugh at the stragglers in December who complain about turning a certain age, when here I am ready to turn the clock again! Being the leader ain't for sissies Yes I CAN: -Get my steps in (yay my new fitbit is working and I can do challenges again!) -Track my food today and keep it OP OP OP -Focus on the freebies, get that fruit in -Stay positive Waving!! Good Afternoon, positive e-pals!
Nat, sorry to hear about the sudden loss of your friend. Her kindness lives on in you β¨. Doesn't it seem that we are especially aware of our mortality around birthdays? Enjoy your new Fitbit...I feel naked without mine, LOL, even though I haven't been 'feeding' it much lately!
Sally - yay for happy scales
Janet - cool that you found a handyman and were able to barter
Happy waves to Jan & Michelle
Feeling better each day, no more fever, mixed feelings about appetite returning, LOL. I did sneak into early Mass today, stayed in the back alcove & didn't touch anyone....not quite up to diner breakfast yet, maybe tomorrow.
Be well! Carol βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈπ¨π¦π₯π€βοΈ

Bringing up the rear on Sunday Night. LOL. Nat: So sorry about your friend. The age issue...how old would you be if you didn't know how old you are? Be that. Be who and what you want and don't let the world define you. Old is an attitude, not a number. Done preaching young-un. Sally: Will be looking for your E-mail! Anything I can do on this end to help you have a wonderful trip to Southern Cal? Let me know. Hoping it's sunny and warm. Carol: Glad you are feeling better. Janet: This is the year I paint the inside of my house. I really get your To-do list. It never ends with an old house like mine. Intentions... --get back in the success zone. A good night's sleep to all. Jan
