This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Happy Monday peeps! We're having some wet weather here today, which is nice. No snow but some rain. We will see what tomorrow brings. Have to head down the mountain early but DH may head down with us if it's messy out. He was planning on going down but not as early. Jan I like that preaching. Definitely wouldn't be this age LOL!
Yes I DID: -Stay at the loss of 0.6 (hoping for more but it is what it is!) -Reach 13K on my fitbit (today I'm at 9500 so far) -Track it all, and so far today also
Yes I CAN: -Finish the day strong with steps and tracking. -Focus on the whole foods. -Get in bed early tonight (will be an early wake up) -Find the positives, avoid the negative thinking.
Waving! Nat
