I walked three miles and did Pilates today, the rest of the day I haven't done much. The wind is blowing terrible, 35 mph and gust to 50. Suppose to blow again tomorrow.

Good Morning!!
I did a 3 mile WATP last evening. Evening meal was not the best I had 2 pieces of broasted chicken and some corn fritters, roll, and a baked potato. So high fat and high points for the evening meal. I was craving so I indulged. I have 2 pieces that I brought home. At least I said no to the desert and did not eat anything after supper. The Twins are doing well. I love the pictures she posts especially the ones where they snuggle each other while sleeping side by side.
Nancy: Great job on your exercise.
Cait: Sounds like a great time with your sister. Make sure you elevate your leg at times to help with the swelling. Good job staying active. Those evil chips.
Ruth: Enjoy the new grandbaby.

Good Morning Walkers!
Last night I went above my red zone with junk food ☹️but I'm back on track today.
Yesterday 2 Miles marching in place in the Morning. I did JGTB fell asleep, then woke up, couldn't sleep and read til 3:30 am, slept til 7. I'll sleep well tonight I hope. ------- JAN PR CHALLENGE: So far this Month out of 19 days: Green zone pts: 10 At least 1 mi per day: 17 JGTB: 17 ---------- Off to work. DS leaves tomorrow am.

I ordered a treadmill for my apartment, I have mats over the carpet. Only thing is they won't deliver to the apartment unit only inside the first doors

i miss my treadmill. Another apartment on my floor has a treadmill. It is too hard for me to get to a gym and this was my favorite exercise at home. I hope my trust pays for it canceled the pilates etc. I did not think it would be very easy to get the pilates machine to work. If I was to go to a gym it would be to tone. It would be near the dresser and windows on one side of my bed couch in my living room.

Good morning. I didn't have time to get on here yesterday. I guess I should say I didn't MAKE time to get on here yesterday. The plan for this weekend was that son, DIL and baby Brooke were coming down, they live 2.25 hours away, and we would all go over to DD and see baby #2. Well son is sick this week, Brooke is stuffy and now I woke up feeling a cold coming on!!! I texted DIL to let her know so she can make the call. I will let DD know too. The older baby, Brooke is 5 weeks old and the younger is 6 days old. Cait: Isn't it so scary how easily you can get some very very scary infection? Good for you with the ice cream. It is wonderful how you and your sister are doing so much. Nancy: Good for you and your walking! We are supposed to get a nor'easter tomorrow into Monday. It is the wind in a circular pattern like a hurricane but it isn't a hurricane. Very destructive tho, high winds that can take down trees but the worst is really the coast. A lot of erosion from it. Kelly: So glad you are feeling better. Must be tough with the twins, I see the moms with the new babies and can't even imagine two of them!! That must be super cute tho with them snuggling each other. Amy: I like the picture. When are they delivering the treadmill? I am going to take Mojo (my doggie, she is a dorky, part yorkie and part dachshund) to the park today. She is feeling better with her back. I was going to go early but a friend wanted to take her dogs too and can't go til later. Thursday didn't have a lot of steps, went to yoga. Friday went to spin and the bike odometer worked, yayy. So many more miles that way. I might actually get to 250 if I use those bikes. 86.3/250 miles as of Jan

Good Morning Walkers!
Yesterday was not good. After lunch I got into the candy and nuts received as business gifts which are STILL on the kitchen counter at work. I guess the good news is it took me til now to touch that stuff. I wasn't very productive at work. No exercise. But I did JGTB and got about 10 hours sleep. The sun is shining here, we're enjoying a quiet morning in our kitchen-family room and it's gorgeous outside. NDNC. Today's plan: do my HHs and stick with 3 meals, no snacks.
I'm reading a good book "A Man Called Ove" by Fredrik Backman. Highly recommend! I bought a treadmill today. It did not seem too noisy Claire the organizer comes Monday and I hoe I can turn around the dresser to make more room for treadmill.

Good morning. Yesterday I didn't really feel the cold but today the same as yesterday I feel sneezy. Hopefully it will just stay this way then go away. Going to ww meeting today, first since the week before Christmas.UGH!!!
I took the dog to the park for a nice walk and her back was fine.
Cait: wow, you did wait a long time before you got into the business gifts.
Amy: yayy for the new treadmill.
