Please forgive me if I'm duplicating a thread/subject that might be somewhere else. I couldn't find one.
Reading about others' NSVs is very inspiring for me, and I'm hoping for folks' past or current examples.
I have a lot of weight I'd like to lose and sometimes it seems like I'll never see any difference.
I made a long list of things I'm looking forward to doing that I can't do at this weight. I plan to keep track so I can remind myself why staying on track is so important to me. So far, I've just been able to "celebrate" my weight going down in five pound increments, but am really hoping to see something besides the numbers going down.
Can you all tell me about changes you noticed as you lost weight, especially early on? Hoping to review when my motivation seems to be flagging.
