Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Brenda. Hooray for getting the steps in, we have a nice streak going with that. Enjoy your visit with your friend, and travel safely.
Hi, Debbie. Right now, 77 degrees sounds wonderful. 10 miles of walking is a lot. Sounds like your paperwork for your visa is nearly done! Yes, I am glad that my car has done well in the yuck so far. The bad thing is that it doesn't have a lot of clearance, so anything deep is not going to be good to get through. It is a good thing that I didn't go to the office last Friday as I would likely have had issues with the depth of the drifted snow on my way back home. I hope that you are more rested today.
Hi, Lou. I share your opinion of ice. I had a bit of a slip behind my car while getting my backpack out of the trunk when I arrived at the office but so far, so good. Ouch, I hope that your thigh is pain free very soon. Tired, eh? After keeping up with the young pups, I would be worn out for sure. Except in my case I would probably not have kept up, only attempted to do so. It's good to know you got back home safely.
Today is work. WW meeting was good. I'm glad I went. It was a balmy 28 degrees when I drove from the WW meeting to the office. It is sunny so hopefully more melting will occur. The county I live in had a 2 hour delay on school attendance. The county I work in cancelled school again today. The subdivisions and sidewalks are still not safe for buses and for the students who walk to school. We are to have warmer weather for the next several days. I will be glad to put my snow/ice/slop boots away again for awhile.
Waving hi to Vicki and Lori, happy Friday to you both.
Take care, Ginia

Good morning, Brenda - yippee on getting those steps in. Enjoy your weekend visit. Virginia - we are so happy that the paperwork was all done correctly, now we just have to wait for the approval which is really hard. Be careful on the roads, I am glad you didn't go down on the ice. Check out mighty spikes, I have walked over frozen lakes using them. Louis - you did well keeping up with the young pups. Last time Ted and I tried that on a beer tour we paid dearly for it the next day.
I am still a little tired, that being old stuff it takes longer to bounce back. I am heading to the gym and to climbing, I shouldn't there is so much work to done to get everything moved this weekend. We have the house until the end of the month though. This has been the warmest winter ever, the skiers areall sad. It was in the 60 yesterday so I got in a nice walk and all my steps. I did journal yesterday and I was a little over but I think the moving and walking should cover. CBL Debbie

Hi, I did 30 min on the elliptical then booty barre, booty barre was so hard! I did go climbing, my goal was to make it up 3 routes and I did that. It is so hard since I missed almost a month. I have journaled everything today. DS turns 30 today so we are taking him out to dinner. I can't believe I have a 30 year old child. Debbie
