Hate to your bubble, but they are 2 SP, 1PP

Thanks although thinking dangerously tempting. Do you eat them frozen?

I use sugar-free Hershey syrup. Doubt it would change the points but it would cut more sugar. Recipe sounds good!

I use Jif Whips instead of regular peanut butter. Plugging that into the recipe and using the sugar free Hershey brings the point count down to 1 sp per mini cup. May try this if I can find the FF Cool Whip....not easy to find around here.

debsback I love Jif Whips and would use that in the recipe. I don't like the taste of FF cool whip but it might be okay mixed with the PNB and chocolate syrup.

Okay, I'm willing to be the guinea pig. I just made 1/2 of the recipe using full strength Cool Whip, Jif Whips (lower points) and Sugar Free Hershey's Syrup. I'll let you know how they turn out. I'll still count them as 2 SP because of the Cool Whip. *** Hiccup!!***

So glad I'm not a fan! I'd be making these for sure if I was! I love my PB and chocolate...just NEVER at the same time or same place!

I just ate 1 of the PB cups and found it very satisfying. As I said before, I used regular full fat Cool Whip and Jif Whips which has 1 less SP per Tablespoon. And, the bite was very filling. In fact, DH ate 2 and thought they were very "rich" tasting. I would make them again. Thanks for the recipe, DebDoesWW!
