We are maintainers who want to share accountability. This is a daily thread, but you’re welcome to post daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you. Share your weigh-in, or your progress in maintenance, or just stop in and say hello. Whoever shows up first for the day is welcome to start the thread.
Our focus is on our determination to maintain our weight goals. For some of us, just checking in to say “I’m here” means that we’re being mindful of our plan, that we’re accountable to ourselves and that we want to share that with others who are doing the same.

Question for those maintaining on Freestyle. How many points are you able to eat and maintain? I'm up to 33 a day plus most of my weeklies and still losing.

deelm1966 , I'm not really Freestyling, too much 0 pt food isn't good for me....I actually like tracking, LOL. On Smart Points, I was maintaining at 33 dailies and had my weeklies set all the way up at 42. But, I am a lot older than you and have had to make some adjustments in the past few years....I started maintaining at 36/42....part of the deal for me has been a willingness to look and adjust when things aren't working. I'd say *crank it up* point by point until you stabilize.
