It's character-building cold outside today. I didn't sleep well last night, but that did make extra time to have a decent mug of coffee. So, you could say that my cup is half full today. Met more new people and spent more time at the bank yesterday. I think Chase is going to start charging me rent soon enough. There are 16 companies with 23 accounts that I'm working through getting re-set up.

Good-morning I was sure I posted yesterday, but no.
Louis Glad that you had time foe a decent cup of coffee and that you didn't get Chased out of the bank.
Debbie When do you think you will move? Yup, Teeny Tires and I are having fun together. I just wish the users manuals were clearer and shorter.
I'm taking AJ to the opthamologist today. Weight training complete. Steps 40% complete.

Good morning, Louis - thanks for the start. Banks charge for everything don't they ? We have used a credit union since the dark ages. I hope things get straightened out some every day. They are lucky to have you. Vicki - we are planning on leaving around March 14. I hope AJ is OK. Virginia - yippee on the game win!
Does anyone mind that I am using names rather than letters for family and friends? Today will be TM, yoga and climbing. I survived doing body pump and booty barre yesterday, not really sore today. I am making a fitness comeback now I just need to lose 4 pounds. Debbie

Good morning,
Thanks for starting us, Lou. Character-building cold...yep. 13 degrees when I left the house with a wind chill of 4. Hooray for good coffee! 23 accounts...yuck. Chase should thank you for your business and I'm sure they already charge enough, you should be able to camp out in their lobby for free.
Hi Vicki, I hope that all is well with the opthamologist. I think my DB got diagnosed with amblyopia at about that age and had to see an opthamologist rather than an optometrist. Go, you on having the weight training done already.
Hi Debbie, I don't mind that you use names rather than abbreviations. We've all known each other long enough. I use names sometimes, since we are all FB friends you can all likely figure out most of my family. I have also used a credit union for eons. You are definitely back in the fitness groove!
Today was WW meeting first thing. It was a good meeting, and the biggest topic was frustration with the plan changes. You all have likely heard this with every program change. Perhaps you have experienced it, too. My thought is that it really takes stepping back and trying to approach it as if you were a brand spanking new member. That's easier said than done, I know. I want to find a good Friday that I can stay for the getting started session because I am sure it would be helpful. Finding my current why would also be a big step in keeping my head in the WW space.
Waving hi to Brenda and hoping she is having a good visit. I also hope that Lori is doing well after her wrist injury.
Take care, Ginia

Hi, Virginia - wow, that's really cold! You are so right about looking at the new program with new eyes. I think that helps in so much of life's challenges. I hope you can work in the getting started.
It was in the 50's again today. The fire danger is so high, we need snow! Debbie
