Happy Saturday,
Thanks for starting us, Lori. How is the wrist? I hope you are healing quickly. Also, didn't you start a new class this week? Super Bowl is rather meh to me, but go, Eagles. Some of my team is in the Philly area and they are really rooting for their team. I'll support them in that.
Debbie, yes, that was cold yesterday. I am sure that Lou's temp and wind chill were even colder. I briefly considered an outdoor walk this morning, but a wind chill of 17 convinced me to stay indoors. It's dreary and windy but the temp is to get into the 40s and rain is moving in. I would be glad to send you some rain!
I did WATP with resistance band w/o first thing, so FPs and steps are good for today. I have been doing miscellaneous things around the house. I'm unsure if I will run errands today or wait until Monday evening after P/T w/o. There isn't anything that we have to have but getting it done is nice. We will go out to dinner this evening.
Waving hi to Brenda, Lou and Vicki. I hope you are all having a great weekend.
Take care, Ginia

Hi, folks. It's as if my car knew I just got my first paycheck in a year. Transmission is failing. Local repair place told me to Google a transmission shop and sent me on my way.

Hi, Lori - thanks for the start. Are you having or going to a super bowl party. I hope you are well and work is good. Louis - now do they know? That's a bummer that the local shop couldn't fix it. We ordered pizza tonight and was much talk about the superior Chicago pizza. Virginia - that is way to cold for you, frost bite would be a real concern. Great job getting in indoor workout done.
Today was all about errands and getting ready for the game. Justin invited his parents over, we haven't met them yet. So I made a apple pie and chip dip tonight. I have three things to make tomorrow and the guys are doing burgers, brats and wings. I do not watch football very often so I hope the commercials are good. Debbie

Happy Super Bowl day!
Lori - try not to worry about 50, I thought the 50's were the best ever. So sorry your wrist is broke, I hope it doesn't require surgery. There is no date yet, we would like them to get married before we leave.
The apple pie is made. I was making brownies this morning, put to much water in, tried to fix it but they are in the garbage. I am making two vegetable dishes. The house is clean. Nicole and I have been working on putting new material on the dining room chairs, we finished this morning and they look really good. We got a little dusting of snow! Debbie

Hi,
Happy Sunday. It is dreary and really windy here today. Perfect conditions for staying around home and getting things done.
Lou, oh! That really stinks about the transmission. I hope you locate a reasonable and reputable repair shop.
Hi Debbie, I hope that you have a fun time at the party. It's good that you get to meet Nicole's future in-laws. No snow for us, just some rain although points north are expecting some snow this afternoon and evening.
Hi Lori, I am sorry that your wrist is broken. I hope that surgery is not needed. Definitely we have had weird weather. I am ready for spring! My work team members are from MT, PA, NJ, IN, TX, MI and TN. Only one is based in the office where I work. My manager lives in IN but she is about 3 hours north of here. We span 3 time zones. Sometimes we have to remind ET folks that 8 am for them is 7 am CT and 6 am MT when they schedule morning meetings. The same thing happens when CT folks try to schedule late afternoon meetings. I've gone to bat for my ET team members on that one a few times. Re: your upcoming birthday, I didn't mind turning 50, but looking back it was a very eventful year.
Waving hi to Brenda and Vicki, I hope you are both doing well.
I did a 5 mi WATP this morning. Temps were nicer but it was breezy and rainy so not nice for outdoor walking. The extended forecast for next weekend doesn't look especially promising. I am really hoping that next Sunday won't be rainy, snowy or icy as DSis and DNephew are moving to their own place. Our attic will look very roomy after all the furniture and boxes are in their new home.
Take care, Ginia
