Winter is here!! We have 63 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20

Been sick on the couch for the past 2 days. Monday was my birthday and DS was going to treat me to dinner. I didn't feel like it so I have an IOU from him ;-)

Brenda, the diet I'm following at the moment goes for 2.5 - 3 months BUT for every 12 days you get 2 cheat days for days 13 and 14. So I'm breaking it into 2 week chunks. Not quite 1 day at a time but 2 weeks at a time, lol. It seems a lot more manageable that way. Two weeks is easier to concentrate on than 3 months. I started Monday so my cheat days will be the saturday and sunday after this weekend. And I'm only weighing myself on saturdays so I don't let a stubborn scale psych me into going off plan.

Happy Birthday Brenda. I lost .8 today at WW. I got an e tools voucher because my Dr. set it for 199. initial goal but did not say initial in the letter to WW. I just figured out how I can eat 32 points and 1695 calories. 376 f those calories are 4 apples. Adam who goes with me who is very poor I pay for online for him. He thought he forgot his vouchers so I gave him one of mine and then he found them. I bought some cherry tomatoes. I got a hair cut today too. we are having a women march in Madison Saturday like that in Washington million women march. I gave Adam a laptop so he could do online. I have my apple computer. I am trying to get my trust to pay for a 24 inch Dell that was a special value on QVC that I said would be paid by check. I want to play my walking videos on it. The pilates machine is going by my tv and the blue ray I am getting will be her the tv. I can;t walk there then because the pilates will be there. My apple does not have a dvd drive. I tried to explain the difference I hope Stephanie wrote a check. I have plastic mats in front of the desk where I would put the dell. Deb I do one day at a time weekly weighing at WW. I am down 45 lbs from my top weight. i have to start walking tomorrow . My tiny portable DVD is what I use now for walking. I a out of shape.
