Oh, the DMV! They spelled my name "Coarl" on both the title and the registration. I didn't notice until I was home, so I had to go back the next day๐ค. Not quite the way I wanted to spend semester break, but it's been good for a few chuckles.
Just back from a 35-minute walk. Still not many stairs.

Carol, or Coarl, glad you made it out of the dmv the first time anyway. Hope the second was not too bad.
Wed was 30/30 class with abs..wait I might have done that one already I will check... yep counted that already
Thursday was yoga for 60 with abs then 45 min at the rock gym after work Today yoga at home with abs for 25 min.
1330/1750 minutes 17/25 abs

I went for a 45-minute interval walk this morning. I'm adding my "laundry stairs" too.

Just back from a brisk 30-minute walk around the neighborhood. Tonight we'll walk to our neighborhood French bistro and back, so I'll go ahead and add 20 more minutes.
