--a healthy grocery shop while Mom was getting hair styled.

--get the yard prepped for a major rainstorm that moves in tonight.
--resisted the temptation of a high-calorie lunch.
YES, I CAN...
--Jazzercise tonight (hopefully get home before the storm, but if
not, the venue is 3 blocks from my house).
--enjoy the feeling of "winter" which we don't get much of here in
Southern Calif.
--help Mom with her holiday cards. Something I don't really want to do.
Could I palm this chore off on my Sweetie-pie? Doubt it.

Aren't you amazed how when you eat less sugar you crave it less? Oh, my eyes and
mind still want the holiday treats and candy, but my body doesn't actually crave them.

forced to stay inside makes the decluttering easier? Do you cook more when
the weather gets cold? I do. I made some really good chicken noodle soup with lots
of veggies that is helping me eat less. It's perfect after an evening workout, when
you don't want a heavy meal.
Janet: I think the extra calories are worth it if you're meeting new people. In the long run
that will help you to be happier, and I think happiness is crucial to good health. Heal the
mind, and the body follows along.
