Some lady is sitting in my seat on the train today. I added some instant coffee (that I'm pretty sure we bought 3 years ago when my parents stayed with us and didn't know how deal with the coffee sock*) to the crud that comes from the Keurig. Not much help.
* Imagine a coffee filter made of cotton that reminds you of thin sock for kids. It's attached to a ring and handle. Fill with coffee and pour the hot water through it. When it's full, it looks like a horse's junk.
Huzzah for one-way tickets, Debbie! And boo to inconsiderate jerks who schedule meetings first thing in the work day, Virginia!

Pictures being worth a thousand words and such. Ours is a little deeper which is why it ends up looking phallic.

Good morning
Lou, thanks for the start. Interesting coffee thing???
Debbie, wow one way ticket! When do you leave? I agree the NRA needs to GO AWAY!!
Virginia, sorry you can't make the meeting this morning.
Waving to Lori and Vicki
Well didn't meet my step goal yesterday. All the weather systems had me way off balance. Will try again today.

Good morning, Louis - thanks for the start. That is a weird looking butterfly net. I think you might need to go to a thrift store and purchase a old percolater. Brenda - I hope the weather is better today.
Yes, we are very excited. March 7 is take off day. I started going thru hiking, backpacking gear yesterday. It is so hard to decide what I need to take. Today will be TM, booty barre, yoga and climbing.
The thin mint cookies are gone so it is time to get back on track. Debbie

Hi, Thanks for starting us, Lou. I wasn't even aware that coffee socks existed. Debbie mentioned a percolator, that is what DPops always wanted at his house and not one of those newfangled coffee makers. Boo to people who sit in YOUR seat on the train. The person that scheduled the early meeting for me is in Eastern time zone and probably didn't think about my Central time zone self. Hi Brenda, I felt the air pressure messing with me a bit yesterday and this morning and it seems better now. I hope you are also feeling better. I was able to get to my WW meeting but had to leave early. Hi Debbie, congrats on the ticket purchase! Wow, things are getting really real now. Thin mint cookies just landed on my desk this morning, but I am giving those to DS#2 as they are his favorite. Re: the FL school shooting, I heard on our radio news this morning that a local woman lost one of her DGNieces. Her DNephew notified her that one of his daughters was okay but they had not heard from the other one. He later notified her that his older daughter was one of the casualties. I don't have words for how sad and how wrong this is, not only for this family but for every family who is mourning a lost life. So, there was way too much chatter going on while our leader was trying to hold the WW meeting. She did a great job of quelling the side conversations. I was glad because it was distracting. I don't think that the chatty ones realize how disruptive their behavior can be. I want to tell her thanks for that when I see her next week. Otherwise, today is work. I will get my 10K steps in today but likely no formal FPs. I want to get an outdoor walk in this weekend and will check the forecast for my best options. Waving hi to Vicki and Lori. Happy Friday, Ginia
