Sorry to be MIA over the weekend.
Lori, such good news regarding your parents. I hope the good healing continues. Weather has been so up and down around here. Going to be in the 70s a couple days this week.
Lou, I have a couple fav coffees. How is the new job going?
Virginia, your steps were really up yesterday. I guess it is getting to be HM time. I signed up for a 5K in April. I'm sure I will be walking most of it.
Debbie, wow so close to leaving. I'm sure it is stressful and fun at the same time.
Vicki, good luck tomorrow. It is a big step. I remember how hard it was for me. But I love it now.
My weight continues to be a roller coaster. I keep trying though.

Good morning,
Thanks for starting us, Brenda. Good to see you! Yes, between 6 miles walking and my usual weekend get stuff done mode, the steps added up. I will likely just barely make my 10K steps today, though. I understand regarding the roller coaster. I bought the Beck diet book thinking that it would be a good toolset to acquire, but my procrastinating self has not gotten into it yet.
Lou, even though it was cold to start yesterday it was a pleasant day (for winter) to get out since there was no wind and it was sunny. I have been wimpy this year with cold weather walking. I will make myself get out and do it if I have a race to prepare for. Otherwise my WATPs are my workout buddies. Hooray for good coffee!
Debbie, it was a pretty nice day yesterday once the fog burned off. Today's temp is to be around 70 but of course, rain. Wow, 4 bags per person sounds like a lot, relatively speaking. When you think about it being three years' worth of what you need, hmmmm...
Waving hi to Vicki and Lori.
Today is work, P/T w/o after work and then errands. My feelings won't be hurt if a meeting or two get cancelled or rescheduled, my calendar is stupid full today.

LT since 7/2002. Still in WW healthy range, working to get back to free LT. Fun fact: today is my 39th anniversary with the company. Through many company name changes and even with the outsourcing/insourcing, I've retained my seniority.
Take care, Ginia

Good morning
Brenda I know what you mean. I'm still free but my weight goes up and down about 5 lbs during the month. I am very nervous about tomorrow. At least I don't have to do it in person. I just hate giving up such a good deal but I really hate my assignment and there is nothing else available.

Ginia I hope some of your meetings are cancelled. If I have too many in a day I start yawning. Doesn't look good.

Hi, Brenda - thanks for the start. Just continue to try, I would be so big if I quit trying. Virginia - I hope the meetings were canceled. It does sound like a lot but one bag will be hiking gear and one bag of shoes. I wish. Vicki - I hope your weight flux goes right right way.
It is cold and snowing after being 65 yesterday. I think the high was 19 today. Only 1-3 inches of snow , sonot bad. It took forever to get the layer of ice off my car windows this morning. All my steps where finished at the workout gym and then climbing . Climbing wasn't so good, just ok. Sitting by the fireplace. My weight settled back down, the number that came up yesterday was ugly.
