Good morning.
Woke Cecilia to take me to the train today because I'm too beautiful to get wet. Pissed her off within 10 minutes because she doesn't know how to move in the morning and that doesn't work with scheduled trains. She'd better hope I make it home in one piece or she'll be wracked with guilt for the rest of her days.
And this is where you'll say she's doing me a favor and such and I should have kept my yap shut, etc. But, I've been married to her for 14 years (tomorrow, actually), and I can tell if I'm going to miss my train due to puttering.
So, starting off the work week with a bang...

39 years in the same place, Virginia? That's impressive!
Vicki - I'm sure the number on the scale will be in the sweet spot.
Debbie - he only needs a toothbrush and a change of underwear. I think you've got 4 more bags to work with.
Just keep swimming, Brenda!

Good morning
Lou, thanks for the start. Too funny on how Debbie's DH should pack. I'll keep swimming.
Virginia, wow 39 years in the same place. I was at my job for 27 years, but moved around to different offices.
Debbie, I too would be much bigger if I didn't keep attending meetings.
Vicki, good luck today!
Waving to Lori
I've been keeping up with the steps, but need to get the cardio up a bit. Never shop on Amazon after a couple glasses of wine. I get a sweet tooth and love M&Ms so I thought I'll order (what I thought was a small variety bag) and when I got home from WW it had been delivered. OMG a 5 pound bag. So I am being a good WW member and sharing it.

Good morning, Thanks for starting us, Lou. Well, there are things worth pissing folks off for and things that are not. Asking someone to get a move on so that you don't miss your train is worthwhile. I am also someone who moves slowly in the morning. My strategy is to get up early enough to be sure that I avoid pissing DH off on those days when we both need to be somewhere in the morning. Congrats to you two lovebirds on the impending anniversary! Yes, 39 years in the same place, and oh, the changes I have seen. Hi Vicki, I hope that all goes well today. I'm sorry that your current work assignment sucks. I did get lucky and a couple of meetings got cancelled. Most of mine are not F2F or video, so I can mute my phone if I get the yawns. Hi Debbie, my scale # this morning was also ugly, but I know exactly what happened so I can learn and move on. I agree with you...I am not where I want to be, but I would definitely be in a much worse place if I just gave up. I won't do that. Our high temp yesterday was 74 and today it is supposed to top out near 80. It is super windy this morning. Good luck with packing, I am sure I would have to keep whittling down my items to make it into the allowed baggage limit. Hi Brenda, I have worked in six different locations over the years and I've had six different job titles. My current office building is the longest time I have been in one location in that time. I am not the oldest person here, but I'm pretty sure that I have the most seniority since a co-worker with 40+ years service retired two years ago. 5 lb of M&Ms..whoa! That is a heavy bag of candy. LOL, just like airline reservations, I have to double and triple check what I order online. Waving to Lori, hope you are doing well today. Today is work, yoga at lunch and meeting DS#2 for an early birthday dinner. His birthday is on 2/22 but he is off on Sundays and Tuesdays, so we are celebrating two days early. I only have three meetings today, so I need to get focused and make the best of it. Yesterday's P/T appointment was good. I felt my 6 outdoor miles from Sunday when doing leg work. Happy Tuesday to all, Ginia
