Thnx Deb. Just looked at it quickly and saw a couple of things I might want to try so I bookmarked it and will go back later. Went on Skinnytaste last night looking for some vegetarian ideas also & have to go back to that. I really could spend an entire day (after day) on this iPad !

Thanks for sharing this.
I just made shakshuka for the first time this week and the chickpea version looks delicious.

Thanks Deb and I don't want to appear unappreciative but I'm looking for the 5 minutes or less healthy gourmet tasty recipes. π¬

Check out this one for Teriyaki βFriedβ Chicken from Marlene Kock. I made it last night and loved it. The keey to making it a 20-minute meal, for me, was to buy the thin-sliced Chicken breast filets instead of buying the regular ones and then pounding them to 1/4 inch. marlenekoch.com/teriyaki-fried-chicken/

zazzles I made the teriyaki fried chicken and it was very good. I used soy sauce (low sodium) in place of the teriyaki and we enjoyed it. I'll make it again. Thanks for sharing.

Iβm glad you enjoyed it. I literally just finished a portion for tonightβs dinner. I did enjoy the recipe and will add it to my rotation.
If you get a chance to look at her cookbook (perhaps a bookstore or your local library), she has a Chicken Cordon Bleu that is to die for!

zazzles did you know Marlene had a new edition of her original EWYL that has smartpoints printed in the book, updated menus, stevia conversion chart, etc? It is available through QVC. Her SP conversion charts are available on her website/blog for each of her books, but the updated original version has some new info. I ordered one for my daughter who just started WW and lost 5.4 pounds her first week. This book series helps when you have a family to cook for also!
