Winter is here!! We have 60 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Our march starts at 10:00am to go until 11:00am. Other than that I don't know what to expect.
I avoid the news now, it just stressed me out.
I made it to the gym last night for spinning class and the leg weights machines. And I made it to the gym for this morning's early bird spinning class. I will hit the gym again after work just for the arm weight machines.
Amy, it sounds like you've found your way back on track and I'm happy for you! Funny how helping someone else out, like Adam, ends up helping you out too!

Amy thanks for the start. Are you off to a WW meeting? I can't remember what day you go.
Debbie yea on the march!! I just found out there is one here in Frederick on Saturday. I still am not feeling the best. My friend said she would have gone if she didn't have to be in PA for her DFIL birthday celebration. Hopefully this will not be the end of it!

WW wed and sat so tomorrow again I avoided the inauguration.
