Pampering myself with cut and color today. Definitely close to a necessity. The shaggy dog look is not my style. lol. Focusing on mindful eating, especially enjoying the taste and texture. Last night's carrots were so sweet! Still walking and moving which is a good thing. Wishing everyone a wonderful day.

I lost 2.2 lbs this week so I need to learn how to maintain now.When I was at Curves yesterday my coach had me WI,tested my BMI,body fat % and measured me.Since 9/12 I have lost 18.75 lbs and 21.25 total inches.I went back to Curves this morning and I needed new sneakers so we went to Academy.Yes we ate out again.The water really seems to flush out the sodium though thank goodness.

Wow, borntexan Becky, good job. Yes, you need a bit more food or you will blow away! I am always a champ at taking it easy, particularly when I can justify it, LOL.

borntexan I realize a lot of people struggle with adding in more food...sadly, that was never a problem for me, LOL. I added those 6 points the day I made goal and have never gone without them. I do think adding in daily points is the way to go....I think I remember you don't eat your weekly points, so counting on yourself to add them in would be trickier. I am such a believer in the importance of learning how to maintain.

borntexan Nice job losing 2.2 Becky! You will figure the maintenance piece out with all of the good people here on these boards. I am always finding ideas that I pack away for when I get there too. I think that maintenance is the hardest piece of this journey. You have done such a good job getting to where you are.
