Michelle, I hate when posts go poof on their own.
Suzanne, good for you on joining Barbell Club - what a cool name. I have friends who love Yoga With Adrienne, she seems to have something for everyone and has lots of challenges to keep interest up.
Lisa it sounds like your seminar was quite fun, and also affirming for you. I have complete faith that you will rock your business as a landscape designer.
Anetta, feel better soon. I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well.

Good Morning, Angels:
Pat, thank you for getting things started here. I'm thinking of you today as I know (for sure) you and I share an emotion about this day. Music interspersed with audio of Eckhart Tolle will be my consolations. (Sometimes I wonder if my IBS is directly related to this.)
Oh, Anetta: Feel better soon! Rest and take care of yourself.
Lisa: Your seminars sound so interesting. Wish I could be there. You know I'd enjoy them. I envy that you have found a way to make a living doing something you are passionate about. I think about that a lot.
Yesterday, I got a good workout at the gym (strength-training) and and then went into the dance-studio (huge room, ballet barre, mirrored wall, wood floors) And I did a little dancing. I was testing out my knee. I must've been there for close to an hour. By the end...dancing "like no one was watching". Okay, maybe not quite that freely. But it was the best! I had my iPhone and wireless earbuds, put on some good tunes, and I just danced. I was trying to choreograph to the music but I haven't done choreography for so many years that it was tough.

Suzanne, I envy you for dancing at your gym! I love to dance while nobody's watching at home for fitness. Congrats on hitting pre-holiday weight!
Funny, my whole life I wanted to find a job that I was passionate about, and could never decide on a 'career', but all along I was lucky to make it work, being a SAHM, domestic diva, and now Landscape Design and Gardening. All things I am passionate about.

Pat, do you still have snow on the ground? We have had nothing but rain all month. Like a LOT of rain. We'd be in trouble if it were cold. It's really weird tho. Tomorrow they're predicting weather in the 50's!!!!! Planning on getting out the mud muckers and heading to the Arboretum for a walk in the woods.

I know it's a little late, but here it is
Daily Affirmation: the little things I do make a difference
Fitness report: fitness circuit class yesterday, tap class today
Health Goal: conquering Day 9 of 10 day detox diet (added back chicken, coconut milk yogurt, and cheated a little with a side of plain pasta)
Gratitude: for learning new things every day
Tomorrow is my WI day, hoping for good results! I feel good and I'm sleeping better, so I feel it was worth it, anyway😊
