We are maintainers who want to share accountability. This is a daily thread, but you’re welcome to post daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you. Share your weigh-in, or your progress in maintenance, or just stop in and say hello. Whoever shows up first for the day is welcome to start the thread.
Our focus is on our determination to maintain our weight goals. For some of us, just checking in to say “I’m here” means that we’re being mindful of our plan, that we’re accountable to ourselves and that we want to share that with others who are doing the same.

susan092907, I'm just not getting to ProBoards much anymore....life has gotten chaotic and I'm being very careful how I use my time. If I miss posting one day, know that I am *in* with you, in spirit.

susan092907, Thank you. It's tricky, I have some friends going back from many years (you, for instance), so I hate to just leave. But, I'm not doing very well with *popping in*. No, can't say it's fun; J has been up to his eyeballs in concerts with Holy Week in the headlights, and our sweet little doggie had surgery this week, prognosis is good, but a long way to go. #onedayatatime
