Nancy, you are rocking the steps too. The challenges really help me. Some days I just don't want to meet that 10K, but I usually do it because of the challenges.

I ended up not doing the c25k yesterday, but did walk on the TM. The wind picked back up yesterday and it is here today too. Can't really complain since we are not getting all the snow the north is getting.

Nice loss Claudette Brenda you will get it back off. I went to Outback last night and ate and drank too much. I had a key lime pie martini (yummy) I must work really hard to get the weight off now.
