Good Morning!!
I had a nice weekend. Mostly did things around the house. Eating was better than most weekends. Weight up a little from last week. Today starts the 10 lb throw down challenge at work it runs until mid-May. WTG with the steps over the weekend ladies.

Hello,
Had a great ww mtg yesterday and got lots done around the house. Made chicken and chickpea stew for the weeks lunches. Planned meals and exercise for today.

Good Morning!!
I had a good OP day yesterday. I added 3 miles of WATP. 13040 steps yesterday. We had a little dusting of snow overnight.
Nancy: Good job on the meal planning. Hope you were able to stick to adding some exercise.
Brenda: Glad the WW meeting was good. You ladies are keeping me moving.

Mad a myself. I planned all my meals early but changed my dinner plans & used lots of points. I did get in a good walk!. Home today as we are expecting 14-18inches of snow...

Kelly, you keep me moving!! I had 11,128 steps yesterday.
Nancy, it's a new day. I love that we get a clean slate to work on each day. Wow that is a lot of snow you will be getting.

Met the step goal yesterday. I love walking outside, but not sure about today. Windy and cold. I will meet my step goal though. My Dson made a really good dinner last night. Lemon herb chicken, bake potato and steamed broccoli. He got it from the WW app. We are going to try and do new recipes once a week (at least). I think that will help me with my evenings.

Hi BL, CONGRATULATIONS MIMI. You know that one person in the office that means well. However, they need to just take care of their own stuff and stop creating problems. Well she is at it today.. In the last week. I think I have put on about 5 pounds most of my pants cannot fit me. I look like a butter ball in the mirror. I honestly believe it can only go up from here. Have an OP day ladies...

Stayed OP with eating yesterday. I added a 3-mile WATP in the am and 1 mile of walking in place last evening.
Nancy: Hope you enjoyed your snow day. We all have meal mess ups at times. Hope yesterday was better.
Brenda: Using the WW apps for new meal ideas is great. You keep me motivated to get up and move.
Claudette: There is one in every office or a few more. Try not to let that stress sabotage what you are aiming for. You can and will go down stay in the game. Plan, track, and keep moving. Hugs.

Hello,
All in all yesterday was ok, we got 18+ inches the total count isn't in yet! For some reason I love to cook when it snows but I did not because I would have eaten the cake. My dh is out snowplowing now so I can go to work. Meals, waters and exercise planned for today.
My ww mtg this week - was about writing yourself a letter about your why, our leader offered for us to email ours to her and she would email them back in 4 wks or we could give a letter to her to mail to us. Also a lifetime member returned & she shared why she came back. She fell of the wagon and was spiraling down, she found a guy called fatdag on connect who has been sharing his journey - he has a pod cast and website. I checked him out yesterday and he is amazing. He's worth checking out if any of you are struggling. I wrote my letter yesterday & I'm going to put it in a nice card & have my leader mail it back to me.

Good Morning!!
I had a pretty good day yesterday. My immediate supervisor brought us Olive Garden Soup, salad and breadsticks. I had a salad, 2 cups of soup, but no breadsticks. 5 Miles of WATP 2 in the morning and 3 in the eve.
Nancy: Good job with the healthy planning and not making the cake. I was hoping we would have gotten 1 snow day off of work this winter. Unfortunately, they have been small snows or it snowed on the weekend. Your Leader's idea is awesome.
Claudette: Awesome job with the daily challenge yesterday.

Good Morning!!! TGIF!!!
I stayed OP yesterday. Added 6 miles 3 WATP in the am and 3 in the pm. Long day ahead as I work all day and go right from work to Volunteer for a Bingo event and Taste of our Town fundraiser for our company VNA. I will be helping with the food.
Brenda: The Challenges have definitely bumped up my steps. Great job with planning for the am workout.
Claudette: Great job on all those steps.
Mimi: You are doing well even spending the day on the computer.
