Good morning, Louis - I hope you can at least get a good cup of coffee. Breda - happy dance for you and DS! Virginia - Denver wishes it had snow.
Monday got away from me. We tried to get a few things done yesterday but ended up learning how much we do not know. Today we will try to an appointment at the police station for our resident card, try again to set up a bank account and look at another flat. My weight continues to go down which I am very happy about. I do not have a gym yet but I am doing Blogilates in the morning and walking many miles a day. Debbie

Good morning, folks.
Sorry DS and crew came down with the crud, Virginia. But, it's good they all got it in relatively the same window of time. Misery loving company and such.
10.6 pounds?! Dayum! Did he forget to eat, Brenda?
Good luck with the cops today, Debbie. It seems like every country has its eccentricities. In Brazil, Notaries wield a lot of power as gatekeepers to government services.
I'm all suited up today. Going to the fancy schmancy Rotary meeting today at the Union Club which requires people to wear jackets. I'm being rebellious and skipping the tie though.

Good morning
Debbie, thanks for the start. Good luck with all you have to do today. That's great you are continuing to lose weight.
Lou, yes he ate...lol He tracked everything that went in his mount. Stayed within his points and had roll overs. Gee the program works if you do it right.
Virginia, sorry your Florida family got sick. The flu has been terrible this year. Good news that they are all doing better. No snow here, but windy and cold today.
Met my step goal yesterday. Will do the same today. My son made a really good dinner last night from the WW app. Lemon herb chicken. The chicken was awesome. We are going to take turns cooking dinners. I think that will help my bad eating habits at night.
Waving to Vicki and Lori

I just wanted to say hi. Gosh preparing for retirement is more time consuming than work. Add that to AJs delayed openings and snow days and my son living with us for 3 weeks and I am totally overwhelmed.

Hi, Thanks for starting us, Debbie. I think just about everyone around here would have loved to let Denver have the snow. Even people who usually get excited about snow seemed to be pretty disgusted with it. Sounds like you're getting the formalities addressed so that when you get a place to settle in, you'll be able to do important stuff. That would be...the stuff you WANT to do. Hi, Lou. I am going to balance things out with the dress code...I decided to use my optional jeans day for the month today. Maybe the food will be really good at the Rotary meeting. Hi Brenda, yep, if you work the program, the program works, or so I hear. I guess your DS proved that saying to be right! I think that taking turns cooking dinner sounds like a great plan. Thank you, I checked with DDIL today. She and the littles are much better today. I think this is the first day that all three of them have felt really good since they all started getting sick. Hi Vicki, you have a lot going on! I hope that the delayed starts and snow days are finally over. Today has been work and yoga at midday. I will need to do WATP when I get home to get my steps in. Waving hi to Lori and sending hugs. Later, Ginia
