Carol healthy dinner and walking in sunshine, perfect combo!!
Jan, Mom in sunshine and less clutter also great.
ME, yes DST is having a huge effect on me and my mood. And not in a good way, sleepy all day and then too restless to sleep at night. Hoping today will be better. Double header last night: power pump and pilates, great workout, indulged in granola on my fruit, bad move will not do that today.
Still have no idea if I am OP but think so, WI Thursday for feedback. I have had some great workouts and since spring is here there is always something to do in the yard. Double header tonight. Eat clean and hope it is OP!

Janet - yay for double header. I'm still sore from my workout yesterday...did the weight machine circuit for the 1st time in awhile and found that I need to work on my chest, lats, hamstrings a bit more....the classes are good for some things but these areas could use more strengthening
Yes I DID: --skip class at the Y but worked out on my own after dentist visit (cleaning) --shop for healthy foods, mostly --fall sleep in the comfy chair until 1:30...but I think I finally got enough sleep overall
Yes I CAN: --stay positive --journal more throughout the day --stay focused on my list

Happy Tuesday Evening Peeps,
Finally bit the bullet and weighed in for March. Down a pound. That is not the number I wanted but it was the number I deserved. Working on changing the setback to a comeback. Yes, I CAN.
