Good Evening!
My mood improved today. The sun was shining most of the day plus I had a good workout.
Yes I did --Silver Sneakers circuit and 5 miles on the Expresso bike --veggie omelette instead of pancakes 🥞 --declutter part of the refrigerator
Yes I can --wind down & coax myself into DST schedule
I'm still following the Beck Diet review , now on Day 15. I'm going to try tracking & journaling on paper vs digitally for awhile, to see if it helps me focus on the big picture, the patterns in my choices. Stay tuned😉

Happy Thursday Evening,
Driving Ms. Daisy to hairstylist today and errands. Have done really well these past 2 days. Hey, does that mean I am on a roll? LOL Love the longer days! It was still light when I got out of my Jazzercise class tonight. Expecting rain this weekend. Must be vigilant. Stay OP.
