Good Morning Positive Peeps!
My muscles are sore again this week after my back to back Jazz. sessions. New strength routines that are challenging and fun. Like it! It's that good kind of sore where you can still move but you know you've had a workout.
Carol: I feel for you East Coasters and all those Nor-easters. Lots of points for clearing snow or do you even bother? Everyone I talked to this week was tired from DST so we are not alone. I am finally feeling rested and getting up earlier.
Nat: I hear you have more new snow. Maybe it will be a late ski season for the mountain? The photos looked so beautiful. Does your DS Ski?
Sally and Janet: Let us know how you're doing. Traveling is challenging so sending good Mojo your way.

Jan, we didn't get the brunt of the last of the storms, just a few inches at a time here, so can't really complain! It was beautiful, but cold today, 20s but the sun was shining most of the afternoon, really pretty and lots of birds singing. They know spring is really on its way π₯
Yes I did --enjoy Tap this morning, learning a classic routine but to contemporary music. I even practiced it some more this afternoon --stay OP for 2 meals....but got into a funk due to some events out of my control, ate some stupid fancy bread, not worth the points, got derailed & made things worse. Not looking forward to WI tomorrow. But will start fresh tomorrow
Yes I can --have faith I can turn myself around...face my problems, feel my feelings, move on! π
