Carol, love light blessings eating feelings is tough.
Loss at WI because I listened to WW corporate instead of local leader. Local leader has issues and they do not appear wanting me to lose. I have seen that before. Yes trips coming in and I check in sporadically behind that. Security reasons.

Happy Saturday!
Just got home from a 4-year-old's birthday party. Glad I don't have one of those. LOL. Ten 3-5 year-olds is scary. I don't have the energy. I did, however, find out that a distant relative is an arborist and got a super discount quote on some necessary tree pruning. It will be nice to have those trees trimmed.
Yes, I Can... --let the birthday cake be the last junk I eat this weekend. --get some exercise in the garden today. --stay OP and let stress roll off.
Reading about how harmful chronic stress is for metabolism. More gardening, more dance and yoga, visualizing stress going down the drain in the shower. Bye-bye stress!
Yipee on the WL Janet! I think you're right. You have to do what is right for your own body. Everyone is different. My WW leader respects that, thank goodness. Have some fun this weekend Janet!

Yes I DID: --box half my diner dinner last night --drag self to a.m. WW mtg & was pleasantly surprised, lost 1.2# --spend a couple hours at the annual Peep 🐤 show (marshmallow candy displays) fundraiser, cute
I think reading through the Beck Diet Solution again is helping me stay OP, just that extra awareness seems to be a positive factor.

Sending you cyber strength that allows you to keep stressors in perspective. How is DM? Janet: travelings? anywhere fun?
Yes I can: -finish the day with a blue dot - add on a few more steps before my consultation tonight -commit to an OP week so I can revisit that 145 number soon. -prep my brain for a three day CEU conference from Thurs-Sat -visualize 3000 therapists in a hotel...lots of humor opportunities with tat visual... -Yes I can- stay the course! How about you? sending waves to Nat and sweet Canners!

Carol: Isn't it maddening to write and have it just disappear? Poof! Glad you finally got it straightened out. WTG on the 1.2.lbs! Mindfulness is the key to everything, so much of our behavior is without thought. I would like the Good habits to happen without thought.
Sally: Visualizing 3000 therapists...workshops, lectures, fun and games. LOL Hope you got your blue dot!
Nat: Bet you are digging out of the snow. Coldest high on record Iin Big Bear Mtn. I heard on the news. Another storm to come Wed. night for us. I am emptying my rain barrels as fast as I can so I can collect more.
Janet: Thought of you as I mowed our lawn. You getting all those points for a push mower and me cranking up my power mower. Varooom. It's still work.
Worked in the garden all day today, enjoying a beautiful cool sunny day. Stayed OP. Will weigh tomorrow morning and let you know how I am doing. I try not to weigh every day because I think it doesn't really reflect what's happening in the big picture. And note to self...pass on the kid's party birthday cakes...was not good but I ate it to be polite. Did ask for a small piece. We came late so didn't eat lunch that was served. Dodged a bullet there, it was fatty St. Patrick's Day stuff.
